Young Executive Program

Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas is proud to announce our new Young Executive Program. YEP is a Junior Board of Directors that mirrors our Board of Directors. The purpose of a Junior Board is to lead fundraising events, meeting and team building experiences, while developing skills through seminars, training classes and each other. Kidus Selassie

Kidus is currently the Corporate Sales Management for The Hilton Granite Park in Plano, TX. Kidus joined the Young Executive Program in part with Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas to assist this wonderful organization in every way possible to accomplish and reach new heights in the goal of bettering the lives of people in our community. 

Kidus’ favorite quote to live by, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.”

Felix Garcia

Felix is a Senior Network Engineer with Frontier Communications. His primary responsibilities include project management and analysis, contract and proposal review, and budget management and analysis. Prior to Frontier Communications, Felix worked for Critical Project Services and Structuretone Southwest where his primary function was project management of mission critical construction projects.  

Felix served thirteen years in the U.S. Army and National Guard. He served one tour of duty in Iraq as a squad leader in an infantry platoon. 

Felix graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. He later graduated with his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on project management from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. 

Felix brings compassion, understanding, diverse perspectives, and inspires a high level of confidence and trust in everything he delivers. Developing cultures of high performance, quality, and excellence are cornerstones of Felix’s career.
